What a strange coincidence...poker I think is a little of both. Luck is definitely a big part of it, because the hand you get dealt is worth different points depending on what you have - pairs, three of a kind, runs of sequential numbers and things like that - but if you know how to bluff well, you can still win with a bad hand.
