Molly's arrogance knows no bounds, but he does sigh heavily. He's not such an asshole to dishonor a man's request, and so he'll do it. But it won't stop him from swooping in to finish them off, himself. His conscience is absolutely fine.

"Who am I to refuse to spare a person's conscience?" The scream denies further any further commentary and once Molly sees he's up, he's taken the hall at a heavy trot, expecting to be followed, calling over his shoulder, perfectly conversationally, given everything happening, "I've got a few things to work out, so try to keep your hands to yourself if you can, all right? I can only deal with one person's issues at a time."
