The distant cries of a handful of Hunters being struck by their own projectiles carry through the air as Henry races for the safety of the castle walls. Once inside, he quickly hands off the landen woman with those inside doing their best for the injured.
He then turns to Mary, sharp determination in his expression.
"Assassins deserve no mercy. I will hunt our pursuers."
He tells her so that if she does not wish to fight, they might part ways now. There is so much left to do: more fires to extinguish and folk to rescue, but he cannot leave the immediate threat be knowing that others need to return by that same path.
